Building Permit Drawings:
For the homeowner who wants to remodel to the builder/architect working on a 250 unit apartment project, we can produce the drawings to acquire the necessary permits. We are familiar with both the 2006 International Building Code and the 2006 International Residential Code.
Design & Drafting Services:
From your concept sketch we will provide you with preliminary drawings that illustrate the scope of work. Then upon your approval, we will create a comprehensive set of documents, that adheres to your design intent and specifications, which may then be used throughout your project, from the bidding process, to fabrication and installation.
All projects we receive are created under strict architectural graphic standards. We always use the current version of Autodesk Revit to produce our documents; so whether you are a home owner wanting to see your design developed in 3d - without breaking your piggy bank - or an architect thinking of switching to BIM but are not sure where to start, we can help.

Using Architectural Design and 3D Visualization Software we can create a virtual look and feel of your design using the actual colors and finishes you choose.
